The five sections of the POD.

Howe To Consultancy is a unique business which delivers high quality consultancy, bespoke and dynamic training and impactful support and coaching for individuals, teams and organisations. During our initial discussions I will spend the time with you to understand your context, challenges, time frame and required impact. 

 

The Pentagon of Development (or POD) is Howe To Consultancy’s framework for working with you. It is built around five key areas of focus: Self-awareness, Strategic Development, Culture, Leadership and Training. 

Each of these areas provides a different lens for analysis, identification, planning and action. 

 

Together, we will focus on inspiring and developing individuals beyond immediate and short-term goals through the facilitation of discussions on deeper and more long-term challenges and strategic priorities.

Built into my work is a structured approach to evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of your team or organisation. I utilise the Howe To culture and efficiency dashboard to identify the strengths and areas for improvement. This culture dashboard will provide valuable insight into team profile, dynamics, roles, processes and impact.

 

Through discussion and analysis I will then work with you to understand how your team currently functions, which factors contribute to the team’s and organisation’s success and where the opportunity and needs for development are.
