Let them all coach: An 8 session programme designed to train and develop individuals as coaches and establish a coaching culture across your organisation.

• Diversity, equity and inclusion. Audit and develop your strategy to ensure that your culture is fully inclusive

• Conflict Resolution and Difficult Conversations (1 day): Develop your skills and confidence to effectively deal with conflict.

• Safeguarding and PREVENT( Usually ½ day)
