David is an incredible strategist and leader of education. Having led whole school standards and assessment for many years David has proven experience of implementation and impact. The school which he currently works in has consistently been in the top 5 for KS2 results in Central Bedfordshire. David has led the Year 6 strategy during this time and will share his strategy for whole school success with you during this workshop.

 

What

Get ready for the new DfE framework and understand how you can utilise this tool to elevate and improve the standard of writing in your school. This fully interactive, half day course will provide you with the opportunity to explore practical strategies for sentence mastery and the writing process. You will leave with an action plan and ready-to-use resources to raise the writing standards across your school.

 

Who

This course is suitable for all senior leaders, Writing subject leaders, and practitioners. As a proven Year 6 specialist, this training will be ideal for Year 6 and upper KS2 practitioners who will have the opportunity to work with David to create their action plan for success.
